Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 bunch carrots, peeled and cut in half
    1/2 lb. snap beans, cut in half lengthwise
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced or 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put potatoes in saucepan; add carrots.
    Add boiling water to barely cover.
    Add salt; cover and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add green beans; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and continue cooking about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add margarine; season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 servings.
