Ingredients

1 c. tomato sauce
3/4 c. garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
2 1/2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

In a blender, mix tomato sauce, garbanzo beans and yogurt until smooth.
Pour into a small bowl.
Stir in garlic, onion, parsley, horseradish, cumin, curry powder and paprika.
Cover and refrigerate 8 to 24 hours to allow flavors to blend and acquire that great Middle Eastern flavor!
Serve with crisp vegetables.
