4 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    3 potatoes, cut up
    2 onions, cut up
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
Preparation
    Combine beef and vegetables in a casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix tomato sauce and water with tapioca.
    Pour over beef and mix.
    Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours.
