Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cherry pie filling or 1 qt. applesauce
1 can crushed pineapple (15 or 20 oz.)
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 c. melted butter
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour and spread pie filling or applesauce; next, pour and spread complete can of pineapple.
Make sure bottom of pan is covered, then sprinkle cake mix over mixture evenly.
Take the butter and dot the top of the cake mix until all butter is used.
Sprinkle with pecans (optional); cook approximately 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and cake is crunchy.
May be topped with Cool Whip.
