Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
    Hollow out, chop and fry with garlic and onion to taste.
    Drain.
    Add to cooked ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
    Pack into zucchini shells.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup tomato sauce over each zucchini.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes (cover for last 10 minutes).
