Lemon Broiled Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
2 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen), thawed
Preparation

Combine margarine and
ReaLemon. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 cup of the ReaLemon mixture.
Add paprika to remaining ReaLemon mixture. Dip fish into paprika mixture. Broil until fish flakes with fork.
Top with bread crumb mixture. Return to broiler.
Heat through.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 servings.
