Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat water to boiling.
    Remove from heat. Stir in rice.
    Cover; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Mix in rice and raisins.
    Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake for about 70 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
