Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 serving) pkg. orange jello
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve liquid.
    Add cold water to juice to equal 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into jello in large bowl until completely dissolved.
    Stir in measured liquid.
    Refrigerate for 1 1/4 hours, until slightly thickened.
    Stir in Cool Whip with wire whisk until smooth.
    Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
    Spoon into a 6-cup mold. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
    Unmold.
