Beef Patties Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chives
    1/4 c. brandy
    1/4 c. beef broth
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Shape beef into 4 oval patties about 3/4 inch thick.
    Melt butter over medium heat; add patties and brown until done as you like them.
    Remove.
    Add parsley, chives and brandy.
    Simmer 1 minute.
    Add broth and Worcestershire sauce.
    Salt and pepper to taste and pour over steaks.
