Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
    1/4 c. water or white wine
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Dip caps in melted butter and place upside-down in a shallow baking pan.
    Finely chop 1/4 cup of the mushroom stems and saute with the green onions in remaining butter, adding more butter, if necessary.
    Add water or wine.
    Lightly stir in stuffing.
    Spoon mixture into caps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 10 minutes.
    Makes about 18.
