Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter, do not melt
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix together.
Grease cookie sheet, cover with wax paper and then grease wax paper.
Pour batter onto wax paper and spread to edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle clean linen towel with powdered sugar.
As soon as you remove pumpkin roll from oven turn it upside-down on the linen towel.
Leave wax paper on and roll up, starting at short end.
Set aside until completely cool, unroll, remove wax paper and then spread the filling after they have been mixed together.
Roll cake with filling, cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
Slice to serve.
