Apple Cake For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, cored and thickly cut apples*
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)

*Best with Rome, golden Delicious or any baking apple.
