Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    8 pieces chicken thighs, skin removed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    2 c. orange juice
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    In an ungreased baking pan (13 x 9-inch), put chicken thighs on top of dry rice.
    Mix together mushroom soup and orange juice. Pour over chicken and rice.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix over the top.
    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    It is not necessary to check while baking.
    Serves 8.
