5 Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
    Mix in a saucepan the milk, sugar and salt over medium heat. Mix ingredients and bring to a boil; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    (Time when mixture starts to bubble around edge of pan.)
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows, vanilla and chocolate pieces.
    Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt. Pour into an 8-inch square buttered pan.
    Garnish with nuts. Cool.
    Cut in squares.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
