Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or 1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
1/2 c. chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
pie shells (of choice)
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add onion, celery and green pepper.
Cook until onions are transparent and wilted.
Add crawfish tails and mix well.
Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
