Creole Sweet Pepper Balls - cooking recipe

1 lb. chopped meat
2 stalks celery, chopped finely
1 medium onion, chopped finely
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 green pepper, sliced finely
3 to 4 slices bread, moistened, crust removed, squeeze out excess moisture
Preparation

Mix ingredients well, using hands.
Form into 1-inch balls. Deep fry in oil, turning to make sure even browning.
