Chocolate Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
graham crackers
Betty Crocker fudge frosting
Preparation

Beat pudding and milk until thick; fold in Cool Whip.
Place 1 layer of graham crackers in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread with half the pudding mixture.
Then add another layer of graham crackers and the other half of pudding mixture.
Top with one more layer graham crackers.
Frost with one can of prepared frosting.
Refrigerate until served.
