Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs or cooked rice
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    3 small green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Drain
    salmon, reserving the liquid. Flake the fish and combine
    with all the other ingredients, including liquid from salmon. Shape in
    a
    loaf
    and
    place in a greased baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
