Sar*Kraut And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. homemade sar*kraut
    1 fat plum hen
    2 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook a frash* kilt* plump fat hen in about 2 quarts of water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until tender. Open a jar of sar*kraut and pour it on top of the chicken.
    Cook about 20 more minutes.
