Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Mix cake ingredients and spread on cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes. Turn onto linen towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll with towel like jelly roll. Let cool.
