Chuck Roast(With Mushroom Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. A.1. sauce
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Rub salt and pepper in roast and then sauce.
    Place roast in foil-lined pan.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat.
    Add mushroom soup and spread over top.
    Wrap tightly in foil.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
