Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. hot pepper (cayenne)
    1 can cream-style corn
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix everything well, except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 of mix into pan; cover with cheese.
    Pour remainder of mix over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
