Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 stick margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut butter into flour; add other dry ingredients.
Add milk to dry mixture, combining well to form a stiff, sticky dough. Stir in cheese.
Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full or drop onto cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush tops with additional melted butter.
