Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 stick butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of allspice
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir baking soda into pulp.
    Add sugar and egg and stir well.
    Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice and beat well. Add milk and melted butter and beat again. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
