Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
4 oz. ripe olives
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. tomato paste
8 Stripples (vegetable protein bacon)
Preparation

Cut top off green peppers and take seeds out.
Cook Stripples in oil.
Saute onions, red peppers, olives, garlic and brown rice that has been mixed with tomato paste.
Put in Stripples that have been cooked and crumbled in small pieces.
Mix well and spoon into green peppers.
Put peppers into baking dish.
Top each with cheese or a little tomato sauce.
Bake until peppers are tender. Serves 6.
