Italian Biscotte(Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. anise seed
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. anise flavoring
    about 5 c. flour (more or less)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flavoring and anise seed.
    Gradually add flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Dough should be a little bit tacky but not sticky. On ungreased cookie sheet, spoon out dough in two rows.
    Bake until edges are browned at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Slice diagonally 1/2-inch wide.
    Lay on side.
    Return to oven and bake until golden brown.
