Broccoli And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 c. cubed cooked ham
8 oz. noodles, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
6 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli 2 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain well. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, egg, cheese, onion, ham and noodles together.
Add salt and pepper to suit your taste.
Stir in broccoli and pour the mixture into a lightly buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine the butter and crackers to add as a topping to mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
