Caramel Pecan French Toast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    16 slices French bread
    12 large eggs
    2 c. half and half
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1 1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans, mix well.
