Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. onion, diced
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins, then peel and dice.
    Heat soup, onion, butter and cheese.
    Add sour cream.
    Pour over diced potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
