Ingredients

3 large ripe tomatoes, cut in cubes
1 can ripe olives (medium-size), drained
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
3/4 c. Feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
