Creamed Sherry Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, firmly packed
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions, drain well.
    Melt butter, stir in flour, add soup and wine.
    Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens.
    Add cheese; stir over low heat until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add spinach and other ingredients. Turn into well-greased casserole or custard cups.
    Set in shallow pan of hot water.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes or until firm.
    Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes or so before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
