Yummy Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/3 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. 10x sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix together peanut butter and 10x sugar until slightly crumbly; set aside.
Combine flour, sugar and salt and mix well with beaten egg yolks and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla.
Place 2/3 of the peanut butter and 10x sugar mixture in the pie shell. Pour cooked filling on top of this.
Cover with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle remainder of peanut butter-sugar mixture on top.
