Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. whole cranberries, washed
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (2 cherry, 1 orange and 1 orange-pineapple), dissolved in 4 c. hot water
    1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple, drained (include juice in 4 c. hot water)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    pulp from 1 whole orange
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash cranberries and put in freezer for about 20 minutes.
    Run through food chopper or grinder.
    Add sugar to cranberries and set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin in 4 cups hot water.
    Add pineapple and juice, lemon juice, pulp, celery, apples, nuts and ground cranberries.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or mold.
    Lightly brush salad oil on mold for easy removal.
