Cheese Danish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 Tbsp. water
1 egg white
Preparation

Place the first 5 ingredients in mixer and blend thoroughly. Spread 1 package crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch pan or long glass baking dish, pushing up sides.
Spread cheese mixture over rolls, leaving a small edge of bread showing.
Spread another package crescent rolls over cheese mixture. Mix the water and egg white and beat with fork.
Brush top bread with egg white/water mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
