Potato Deutscher - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium potatoes
6 slices stale bread
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater.
Soak bread cubes in milk and beaten eggs.
Add potatoes and seasoning.
Put in buttered baking dish.
Pour sour cream over top, which makes it taste like cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
