Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation

In small saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or cool.
Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings.
Serve over angel cake, ice cream or frozen yogurt.
