Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large jar sauerkraut
1 good size green pepper
1 medium onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut.
Cut peppers into small to medium pieces. Slice onions thinly.
Add tomato sauce, plus 1 can of water. Slice sausage into pieces.
Add all together.
Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
