Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled cooked carrots
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
