Broccoli And Onions Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1 onion, thinly wedged
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 oz. low-fat cream cheese
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine broccoli, onion and water. Microcook, covered, on High for 4 to 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender, stirring every 3 minutes.
    Drain broccoli and onion mixture well.
