Green Beans With Cashews * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. green beans
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. cashews or mixed nuts
Preparation

Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water.
While beans are cooking, heat the oil, salt and pepper and parsley.
Stir to mix.
Drain beans and place in warm bowl.
Sprinkle nuts on top and then pour oil mixture over the beans.
Toss well.
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
Serves 6.
