Cube Steaks With Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cube steaks (lean)
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    In skillet, cook steaks over medium heat until browned on both sides.
    Season with garlic salt.
    Remove steaks from skillet and keep warm and drain off fat.
    Melt butter in same skillet.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and heat.
    Place steaks on dinner plate and pour mixture over each and enjoy.
