Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork steaks or chops, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 green pepper
2 to 3 carrots
1 large onion
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. sake
1 egg
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Chop vegetables into small chunks.
Put carrots on to boil for about 20 minutes.
Put meat in a small bowl with soy sauce (enough to cover) and add ginger and sake; set aside.
