Matzah Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. chicken fat
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. matzah meal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator several
    hours (overnight is best).
    Moisten hands and form into balls.
    Drop into boiling water for 1 hour (no less, but more is okay).
