Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring margarine to a boil.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Add chips and vanilla.
    Remove from heat and stir until chocolate has melted. Pour over warm cake.
