Slow Cooked Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 slices day-old bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. ketchup
    8 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    8 small red potatoes
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat egg and milk. Stir in the bread cubes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Add the beef and mix well.
    Shape into a round loaf. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Spread ketchup on top of loaf.
