Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 scant c. flour
1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter, softened
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well.
Knead the dough by hand for a moment and form it into a circle 3/4-inch thick on a nonstick baking sheet.
Flute the edge and prick the entire circle with a fork.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
