Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco (cold)
    2 c. plain flour
    dash of salt
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Mix salt and flour.
    Cut in Crisco until lumps about the size of peas.
    Beat egg in measuring cup.
    Pour enough ice water to make 1/2 cup.
    Add vinegar.
    Stir all ingredients and chill. Makes 4 (9-inch) pie crusts.
    Form unused portions in round balls and freeze.
    Seems to roll better after being frozen.
