No Knead Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. soft shortening or oil
    1 egg
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Handle gently; do not knead.
    Let rise once until double.
    Make into rolls or loaf.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
