Sausage Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sausage
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 lasagna noodles
    1 small jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (meatless)
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles according to package; let cool.
    Shred cheese.
    Cut sausage to make 8 (2-inch) pieces; cut lengthwise 3/4 of the way through.
    Add a small amount of cheese into sausage. Lay out lasagna noodles and roll one sausage per noodle.
    Place in baking dish, cover with sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
