Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar and flour.
    Add eggs one at a time. Add milk and then vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
